kat is back
After a long break, Aachen jazz singer Kat is back with a fresh neo-soul sound and new influences. Both with young musicians from Aachen and as a duo with Timo Schmidt (guitar), she started promoting her self-produced debut album last sp. With her intimate, smooth sound, she creates a casual lounge atmosphere that immediately invites relaxation and a unique atmosphere.

about kat
Kat's musical influence stretches back to her days in Texas. Here she came into contact with jazz, blues & gospel as a child. In 2016, Kat created her own neo-soul sound and released her first EP "Solo", entirely on her own. Since then, she has continuously honed her sound and surpassed herself as an artist.
For a year now, young talents from Aachen have been on board, practicing the live version of the album. Through their own individual influences and sounds, it has made the music come to life even more, and make sure you don't miss the chance to hear Kat & the band live!
